Enecsys Limited is a privately owned company. In November 2009 Enecsys closed its Series A financing raising US $14 million from Wellington Partners, NES Partners (previously known as BankInvest New Energy Solutions), Good Energies, and Mossadiq Umedaly (Executive Chairman and CEO). Series B financing closed in May 2011 with an additional US $41 million from the existing private equity investors and new investor, Climate Change Capital Private Equity (CPE). Other shareholders and share option holders include Cambridge University, Winsome Capital and other company employees.
